As a local government, the District of Lillooet complies with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FOIPPA”).

You can request access to records within the custody and control of the District of Lillooet. Some records require a request to be made under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The District has produced a list of typical records produced by a local government which identifies instances where request may be made to a department for routinely available records and where a request must be made under FOIPPA.
