The District of Lillooet has received an application from the owners of 91 Brown Road to consider adding “Site Specific” provisions for the above noted property in the Agriculture and Rural Resource (AGR) zone; Specifically:
  1. Notwithstanding sections 38(d) and 51.5 a Carriage House is a permitted use and is permitted on an on-site private water system and an on-site private wastewater system.
  2. Notwithstanding section 51.5.1 the Minimum Interior Side setback is 9.14 metres from the eastern side of the lot shown in red on Schedule B.
Municipal Council will consider this application at their Regular Meeting held in Room 201 of the REC Centre at 930 Main Street, Lillooet, B.C., on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

There is an option to attend virtually as well. The meeting link will be posted on July 11 on the District Facebook page and website. A copy of the Council Meeting Agenda will be available for viewing at www.lillooet.ca by 4 pm the preceding Friday.

The proposed bylaw amendment and supporting documentation may be inspected at the Development Services Department located at 615 Main Street between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, up to and including July 12, 2022.

Any person whose property may be affected by this proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment may appear in person, or by agent, at the Council meeting. Written submissions may be delivered to the District of Lillooet Municipal Office or emailed to planning@lillooet.ca. All submissions must be received by 4:00 pm July 12, 2022 or presented in person at the meeting to be considered by Council. The District may not consider comments received after this date.
