Bridge River (Xwisten) Indian Band

The Bridge River (Xwisten) Indian Band is located 9 kilometers northwest of Lillooet in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia within the St'át'imc Nation.

Bridge River operates Bearfoot Grill Concession Stand located at the confluence of the Fraser and Bridge Rivers located at 5202 Moha Road from June to September each summer.

They also operate Xwisten Experience Tours which provides a walking tour of the traditional fishing grounds of the St’at’imc and tour of an archaeological village and pithouse. Tours operate June to September annually. More information can be found at www.xwistentours.ca.

Bridge River has equipment for hire and rental including septic pumper truck, portable toilets, excavator, backhoe, dozer, loader, dump truck, skidder, tractor, water truck, and 15 passenger van. The admin office also rents out their boardroom and gymnasium for meetings and events.

Bridge River is partners with Cayoose Creek Indian Band in Lillooet Salish Enterprises which owns and rents out three commercial properties with the District of Lillooet.
